At Top n Tails we use the very latest technology and products for your dogs groom. All the team regularly attend grooming seminars and demonstrations across the country enabling us to keep up to date with the latest techniques.

Meet The Team

Carly Turner

I set up Top n Tails in January 1998 after completing my training at the London academy of grooming. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. At present I am the proud servant of 5 shihtzus, 2 of which are home bred. In my spare time i enjoy showing them all over the country. I surpassed my hopes and dreams with Dennis, getting his first cc at Crufts in 2017 and later that year making him up to be a champion. He is the proud father of my pups. We have also competed in agility together. My daughter Roxy also enjoys junior handling and taking part in grooming competitions, at 6 she was the youngest person ever to qualify for the the YKC groomer of the year at crufts.

Rachel Freestone

Rachel also joined top n tails in 2006, she started with us bathing and prepping dogs. Rachel has received in house training and is now fully competent in clipping and styling all breeds of dog although her passion is hand stripping. Rachel has 2 children, Jacob and Isabelle. Rachel has a Shar pei called AJ.

Anne-Marie Bridges

Anne Marie and Chester joined us in 2016. You may recognise Anne Marie as she was a kennel assistant at the vets in Cranleigh before joining us at Top n Tails. Her dog Chester also joins us at work as he suffers separation anxiety from Anne Marie and has a bad habit of destroying carpets! Chester recently acquired a girlfriend in the form of Bow, a mischeivous Jack Russell. Anne Marie enjoys working with animals and her dream job was to become a dog groomer!

Paige

Paige joined in June 2021 having worked with dogs for the previous 4 years. She's always had a passion for grooming and her dream goal is to professionally groom and to one day have a dog to call hher own. In her free time she likes to spend time with friends, go to car shows and watch the F1.

Excellent. The team of lovely ladies take great care of our doggies and never fail to make them smell wonderful and look so beautiful. Have been travelling a round trip of 40 miles every 6 weeks for 8 yrs and would not go anywhere else.
